I've used Tom several times for various jobs. Some have been planned works, and some have been emergency repair like this job following storm damage. Tom and the team managed to squeeze me in just before Christmas when the gable end of my house became unsafe. It was quite a big job to fit in at short notice. Tom managed it and I am very grateful. As I have come to expect from Tom, he rarely seems phased. He always does his best, making recommendations and being flexible where necessary. He does what he says he will; on time; with good results; and doesn't try to rip you off. Thank you!
