Great experience with Tom Owen and his colleagues when they came ro re-roof our kitchen and outbuildings, repair a rafter in our attic and install a garden gate. They were all really polite, friendly and tidy, turned up on time and the job was really well done. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, he was very communicative and quick to respond if I had any queries. After many, many negative experiences lately with tradespeople, it was refreshing to have such a positive one with Owen Improvements and I will certainly be using them again!

Tom was excellent to work with. Professional and spread knowledge when asked as I’m keen on learning. He has done an amazing job with the demo work and making good for patio and window install and a few other small jobs. Well priced and provided breakdown.

Really quick to quote and advise when he might be able to do the work. Pleasant to speak to,very helpful with sone questions. Work done in a day and completed to a great standard. Will definitely put work his way again and if any of my friends or acquaintance's require a builder I will recommend him.
