Booked OWB to replace 2 toilet syphons in my 8 year old property. Contact was prompt and gave me all the information I needed including an estimate. They arrived on time, all parts required in hand and even had over shoes ready to go. Work was carried out promptly and professionally even though the job ended up being more tricky than originally thought. I would highly recommend OWB to anyone needed plumbing and heating services and I will certainly be using them again.

We were very impressed with the work which Oli carried out, he was courteous and efficient, and clearly took pride in his work. We discussed beforehand exactly what the options available were, in relation to the installation of the new toilet, and Oli did an excellent job, even fitting a cupboard to cover the cistern. Likewise, he did an excellent job with the radiators, draining the system, and balancing all the radiators in the house afterwards, to ensure maximum heating. We will definitely be using Oli's services again.
