  Reliable, knowledgeable and hardworking contractor

  Oli carried out the groundworks and demolition at my property and was on site every day with his crew, fully committed to the job. I am an architect and this was work on my own home, so I had high expectations — Oli met them completely. He has excellent knowledge of groundworks and demolition, works carefully, and clearly takes pride in doing the job properly. He was always positive, easy to communicate with, and a pleasure to have on site. His 23 years of experience really shows in the quality of his work. I would highly recommend Oli for groundworks and demolition.

  Battersea basement

  Oli and the team were beyond amazing. He rescued a job that was in dire need of a highly knowledgeable and helpful outfit. He faced many challenges but worked with us to produce working and effective solutions. I can’t emphasise how sincere he is. He went above and beyond to ensure we met proper deadlines despite consistent and unforeseen setbacks! Any road block was solved without any hesitation and surgical accuracy ! He is the man for all groundwork’s - especially basements! Avoid the cowboys and stick with OWA!

  Basement floor dig

  Oli and his team did a fantastic job lowering our basement floor and pouring the new concrete slab. The work was carried out professionally, on time, and to a very high standard. Communication was excellent throughout, and the site was left tidy each day. We’re really pleased with the result and would highly recommend Oli for any groundwork or basement projects.

The work was completed to an excellent standard, very neat, precise, and tidy throughout.
