This involved the complete renovation of a 2-bedroom bungalow plus an extension. Not only was the work carried out to a very high standard but the whole team were incredibly nice people: easy to work with and always happy to deal with those “little extras” that invariably crop up. The work took around 6 months and throughout that time I never felt under any stress or pressure: in fact I thoroughly enjoyed the “journey”. In my work, over the years, I have dealt with many different trades; but I can honestly say that the OPD “family” is easily the best I have ever dealt with.

OPD prepared the site by building temporary walls to protect our living area from dust. They have come up with creative solutions to any problems encountered. Geoff, Aaron & Neil have been caring & respectful….we are ‘older’ customers! They tidy up each day & nothing is too much trouble. This includes moving furniture etc. Neil keeps us updated on the plans & links to other trades people. Their work is of the highest standard; they are totally trustworthy & we have no hesitation in recommending them.

OPD completed a brick summerhouse; Will, Jamie, Jeff, Finn & Aaran were excellent & hard working throughout the build; extremely polite & great time keepers. Nothing was too much trouble. Neil’s leadership of the team and communication with us was excellent. We would definitely recommend OPD for any building project

Neil is a very approachable person, and happy to discuss the work required in detail, and answer any questions we had. He and his work force all work well together. Kept us updated on progress. Did the work in a timely fashion. And billed as quoted. And work done to our complete satisfaction.

After deciding we needed to upgrade our embarrassing old patio, we decided to go for porcelain slabs, we made the call to OPD having used them previously for structural work in our home. We couldn’t be more pleased with the result, the work was carried out quickly & the workmen were polite & friendly & always clean & tidy. The whole project couldn’t have gone more smoothly thanks to Toni, Neil & the boys! Cannot recommend them highly enough!

The nicest workmen you could wish for, honest, helpful, excellent work and they really go the extra mile. The quality of workmanship is excellent.
