Paid £49 call-out for oven repair, which David told me included researching the issue and following up with a quote. I had to chase him the following week. He then arranged to visit the same day and asked “what’s wrong with it again?” After reminding him he said he’d go to the warehouse first and call with prices, then completely ghosted me. He has ignored follow-ups, including my request for an invoice for insurance. He only replied to ask for my details, then ignored me again. Unreliable and unprofessional.

David was extremely professional. Communicated well, arrived on time as planned and was diligent with his repair. He even went and collected extra parts on the day and talked me through everything to ensure I understood. Lovely, professional and cleaned up all the mess afterwards. Highly recommend. Saved me having to replace a Delonghi Range Cooker and even tried to assist me with a fridge fault! Referred me to Andy at Abacus who identified my fault and remedy, over the phone! Will be saving both numbers and referring them both!
