Messaged Ovenfix on Sunday evening not expecting to be contacted until Monday, as my parents oven stopped. Within 20 minutes I was contacted by Chris who went through a series of diagnostic testing over the phone with me to try and get it working. He worked out it was the heating element that had gone, he ordered the part Monday and it was fitted on the Tuesday. 100% reliable would highly recommend, even gave a discount as my parents are elderly.

Chris was able to fix our non heating oven in one visit. Not only was the issue fixed but also changed lightbulbs and changed a bracket on the grill element. Very please we got in touch.

I posted an advert on one of those generic work finder boards in regards to getting my oven fixed. Chris messaged soon after, immediately diagnosing the problem, quoting a reasonable fee using certified parts with warranty and a no fix no fee promise. The last part was much appreciated but not needed at all as Chris had my oven working again within 30 minutes of him arriving. No problems at all and would recommend him to anyone

The fan element in our Neff oven stopped working. Chris responded immediately to my text, ordered the part and fitted it within 48 hours. He was polite and very quick and efficient.
