I have an 8 year old John Lewis dual fuel cooker, and the main oven heating element suddenly failed. I contacted OvenFix via Checkatrade & Chris texted me shortly after to confirm the likely problem with an estimate & suggested day to fix. He arrived on time the next morning, it was a quick fix and I now have a working oven again, with a 2 year guarantee on parts & labour. Exactly what I needed, quick & efficient service.

Chris was excellent in his communication and extremely reliable. Initially, I thought the element needed replacing, but when Chris came to assess the oven, he determined that the issue was actually with the switch. He came back a few days later, at no additional cost, and fixed the oven. The work was done quickly, and he arranged a convenient time window that didn’t require me to be home all day. I was very pleased with the service and Chris was very professional.

Contacted ovenfix on Friday evening after oven stopped heating up. Chris was in contact by message very quickly and after confirming make and model with him quoted me a price to repair. Came out the next day and all fixed. Excellent service and communication!

Chris contacted me very quickly after my initial contact. He was able to diagnose the problem with a few questions and a picture of the oven. The quote was given and the part ordered within the hour, and the oven mended within the week. Also with a year long guarantee.
