John was very professional in all manners with regards to the project. He communicated well and was very responsive to my enquiries. He showed up as scheduled and performed an outstanding job on range stove that had not been cleaned in years. He replaced a bulb in the extractor without being prompted, which was a very nice touch. I highly recommend John and will call on him in the future.
