Had windows replaced. Competitive price, great workmanship and good advice

I have used this company before so had no hesitation in contacting them when I need to replace all my windows and doors. John Turner came to see what needed to be done and gave a very prompt quotation, which I accepted. All the required items were ordered and came in the six weeks quoted. The job was completed in four days and everything was left neat and tidy. A few issues were noticed with the glazing units but these were replaced promptly and with no question. I have recommended the company to a friend who is also using them. They are excellent!

The main installation was carried out by Dave Turner, whose work was generally excellent, with due care, attention and customer service. I needed some post-installation work undertaken. Whilst that carried out by Dave was, again, excellent, work undertaken by another member of staff was not carried out to the same high level and, having regard to requiring a third visit I requested and was promised, I was left with broken promises and ignored. I still await that visit some 3 months later, even after reporting the matter to Checkatrade, who subsequently contacted the company.

Ordered Rosewood frames to replace existing ones on the bungalow. They came at said time and were there for 3 days. They arrived, replaced the windows and doors and did an excellent job all round. Would recommend.

All good, tidy, punctual polite and friendly. Good workmanship as well, catflap is working fine
