In 2024 we experienced issues with the tub, something was tripping the ELCB in the house. The problem was narrowed down to two components. Unfortunately the parts were on order for a while from Italy - I made enquiries and discovered this to be true.
When the parts came in the maintenance guy came out, fitted the parts, filled up the tub, fired it up and it’s been working perfectly since. Outdoor Living have always been polite and professional in my dealings with them, their staff are competent and know their hot tubs, as you might expect!
All in all it’s great to have the tub back.

I have used outdoor living since I purchased my hot tub in 2000 Richards came out at short notice diagnosed the problem and fixed my hot tub at a competitive price, I highly recommend this company for your hot tub purchase repairs and servicing.

Lovely engineer but wasn’t given right parts to fix

The guy who came out was super friendly and very apologetic- he hadn’t been given the right part to fix the tub, still waiting for a call from outdoor living office to rearrange (again) issue first reported 1st Dec 23!!
