James has steered me through my IT nightmares for a good many years, so far. He is always on top of his game and always able to explain, in plain terms that I understand, the changes that happen with new technology. Whether a personal visit, or a remote call where I sit watching him whizz through my screen and make sense of the chaos, he always delivers. James is someone I will happily recommend.

James Broomfield (Our Tech) visited my home to set up my new iMac and transfer data from my old Windows PC. He also connected a new printer and gave me an introduction to using it all. Our Tech has been my "go to" tech support for around six years, and I have always found James to be very professional and knowledgeable, as well as friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend him.

James is an extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly technician. He takes the time to explain fully what he is carrying out for you and has no issues with passing on his knowledge to you. He recently built a new tower PC for us as our old PC was not Windows 11 compliant and also supplied my wife with a renewed and more up-to-date iPhone.

James helps our pre-school with all of our questions/queries and technical issues. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he’s always happy to help. He also sourced new equipment for us. Highly recommend him.
