Very pleased to have my old computer working well again. James explained clearly what was wrong and how it could be fixed. Very polite and professional. Very reasonable price for the amount of time and the convenience of a home visit. Would definitely procure his services again and I highly recommend.

James arrived on time and installed the new computer very competently and efficiently. He was very pleasant and helpful and explained all the features well. He installed it so that everything was in the same place as on my old computer so that it was easy for me to get used to. In addition to the agreed job. he sorted out a problem on my phone and also on my printer. I would highly recommend him to all my friends - and indeed have already been doing so.

James dealt with a virus from my PC which my internet security company had detected but was unable to remove. We discussed replacing my ageing computer, either by James guiding me to a ready made product, or by building one to my requirements. I choose the latter and am very pleased with the result. James is an IT expert but communicates well without the usual jargon and I am pleased with his availability and support. I intend to use his services for any future IT needs.
