James has looked after all my IT needs for many years. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy and patient. Not only can I rely on him to solve any problems but he also takes time to explain the issue and improve my skills. He has also advised me when I need to upgrade my equipment. James is always helpful and it is great credit to him that he supports charities both in fund raising and recycling old IT equipment. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I would not go anywhere other than to James for all my IT requirements.

James did a very efficient job of setting up 2 new external hard drives for my wife and me. He is good at explaining what he has done and dispensing relevant advice going forward.

The battery in my laptop needed replacing. Contacted Our Tech and James responded with the price for the job, which I agreed. On his first visit it became apparent that my laptop had a non-standard battery. He had to source and order this in order to complete the job. He did this, eventually having to order the battery from abroad and making a second visit to fit it. The price he charged was still the price he initially quoted. I was impressed by his professionalism and persistence in getting the job done.

James supplied and installed new PC with Windows 11, and all nitty gritty details that so easily could be overlooked or missed, eg, linking cameras, microphones, printers/scanners, ensuring all programs working, were done. I experienced no hiccoughs, no aggravation which is rare these days. The process was swift, efficient and above all seamless. Comms throughout were clear, pricing clearly explained. How business should be. James is also a super communicator, answering questions and queries clearly, without jargon so easily understandable.

I needed a new desktop to upgrade to Windows 11 and for greater speed. James appreciated what I wanted, advised on the best specification to achieve this, and offered a fair quote, all within a reasonable period of time. He came and installed the new system, ensuring that it worked as agreed and met my requirements, and he also ensured that I was able to start using it without difficulty. The system differs much less from my old one than I had feared, and is very much faster. I can now do what I want with confidence and without fuss.
