  Very good knowledge of the works and what is required and explains the process in a understanable manor. Very reasonable price and good delivery of the work. Everton arrived at 7am every morning until the job was complete, he was professional and organised. He also gave recommendations and advice on how to complete the work whilst upholding building regulations and still giving the look I wanted. I would recommend Our Building Services Ltd. for any types of building work that is required. I was not disappointed and I am very happy with the works that was done, it has added value.

  I only use this company to do works to my house and that is because I have absolutely trust in him and the quality of his work. I really like that he arrives early for the job and will keep working, sometime until quite late, to get to a convenient place to stop. He is tidy and all jobs have been completed within time and budget.

  I have used this company for many years for numerous household jobs. The quality of the work is always to a very high standard. Junior is knowledgable in lots of different fields and is happy to offer guidance/advice with all manner of home improvement. I have also been happy with his damp proofing treatment in my cellar
