New tap and pipe connected to lead main feed pipe.

Great communication, arrived on time. A new tap and copper pipe was fitted to a lead main feed in an outside building. A bracket was also fitted to secure the fixing to the wall. I will be in contact for some other work in the future.

Pipe rerouting

Needed bath and shower pipes connected, which had a possibility of damaging the roof or ceiling to access the pipes. Otto implemented a creative solution with zero repair work required to the house

Boiler repair

Highly recommend this chap! Boiler died at 0700. Contacted him at 0930 and came at 1400. Diagnosed the fault, purchased and replaced the new part. The boiler was working by 1600. He provided the receipt for the replacement part showing transparency in his fees.

Otto was brilliant… he arranged a call out for a quote… after agreeing he arranged the date of the work to be carried out. He explained a bteakdown what needs to be done… we paid for parts upfront and the labour after work carried out. Was very efficient clean and tidy work. Would recommend and will use him again for more work i need doing.
