Arranged a full ten year guarantee and necessary boiler certification. I found him to be a very polite and courteous professional tradesman, very clean and tidy worker. Owen was so fantastic with our puzzle of a boiler. After 4 visits and hours speaking the the manufacturer - he got it fixed and couldn't have been more polite, professional and genuine throughout. So flexible with timings he was coming as we both work. Couldn't recommend more!
