Plumbed in our new bathroom and cloakroom. He went above and beyond when a wrong part was delivered and ended up dismantling the toilet in showroom (obviously with permission) to get correct part in order to get toilet working, thanks Louis.

The work appears outstanding! The job was very recently completed, took a lot longer than anticipated but the plumber was true to his initial quote. I couldn’t recommend him enough. He also confirmed that if there are any issues, to contact him (so far there is no issues or concerns and the heating is running smoothing).

Louis at OTM removed our old boiler and recommended and installed a new one. He was friendly and professional from start to finish and I would have no hesitation recommending him to others.

I had a new boiler fitted today by Louis and I cannot praise his work enough. He did a fantastic job, very polite , reliable friendly guy. He turned up on time even called to say he was on his way and cleaned up after himself. I would 100% recommend Louis if you are looking to have a new boiler fitted. I have already recommended him to my friends and family.
