My washing machine has been leaking for about a month and I brought a replacement seal. However watching the job on YouTube seemed difficult so I called OTB out. After reporting the job he messaged me 3 minutes later and came around 2 hours later to complete the job. He came in, done it, tested to make sure everything was fine and was on his way.
