Job location: E8Great service – quick response and clear communication. The engineer was punctual and diagnosed the issue efficiently. My oven wasn’t heating, but they resolved it at a reasonable price. Would recommend for appliance repairs!10 Washing machine not spining

Victor great guy, highly knowledgeable and knows what his doing, had an engineer who came and told me to buy a new oven,Victor only came to fix my dishwasher, explained oven issue to him and he fixed both appliances same day, his got the parts required in his van, although took him two days to show up , always busy guy, phone ringing all the time he was working,, he showed me all the issues and explain to me, if you are patient and can wait for him, I’ll highly recommend him, he knows what his doing , happy with his call out and labour costVerified reviewerJob location: SE2510 Broken washing machine

Responsive on the phone, clear communication and arrived when he said. Diagnosed the problem (broken pump) but also let me know that the bearing was very close to the end of its life.
