  Good experience, good communication. Open and transparent. Although he left the old seal behind and left me to dispose of it, I’d still recommend Victor for any future jobs.

  OTB Appliances responded swiftly to my initial enquiry to Checkatrade. The representative, Daniel, rang and completed a telephone triage with courtesy and professionalism. Daniel listened to the specific issues and responded to my request with insight that gave me confidence in his skills and experience. The home visit was set up the following day and the issue with the oven was resolved with care and attention. I would highly recommend this company. And, their fees were very reasonable. I would also recommend this website as this is my first encounter with ‘Checkatrade’. Thank you so much.

  Had a lovely experience with Victor who came out to assist with a washing machine repair. He communicated well and managed to fit me in same day! Very professional and polite. Would definitely use again if needed in future.
