Jimmy was extremely helpful and came out to deal with a squirrel in my loft the same evening I reported. Although this was a tricky squirrel, when he was eventually caught Jimmy came out on a Saturday evening to deal with the squirrel and then a couple of days later block the entry points. Very appreciative and would recommend.
