Interactions with Osprey were excellent from the start with Colin getting back to me very quickly to arrange a home design visit. We agreed a price, and a week later Jim and his team set to work and over the next four days transformed a very tired inaccessible bathroom into an up to date functional space with a walk in shower. Jim discovered rot in the floor but very quickly put it right at a great price and without delaying the finishing of the job. I am very happy with the work and would have no hesitation in recommending Osprey Kitchens and Bathrooms. Thank you!

I was very happy with everything it and I would have no hesitation recommending their services. The tilers worked fast and efficient and did an excellent finish. Jim and his crew were the nicest workmen I've ever had in my house they were so polite and hardworking.

Colin came out and gave us different suggestions for our Bathroom. The Job was carried out with his amazing fitting team Jim and Terry and Tiler Eleas. The job is beyond our expectations. We had huge damage to our bathroom and did not know where to start with making things right. After our initial contact with Colin he guided us through the whole claims process and made it as stress free as possible. The result was a claim that was higher than we thought we would get and enough to cover the cost of our new bathroom. From the moment Colin's team turned up the communication was on point and they did everything they could to allow us to continue our daily life while the work continued and kept our house spotless. We plan to move in the next few years and will use again.
