I needed a walk in shower after suffering from a stroke. I was apprehensive about having the work done due to the upheaval it can cause. From start to finish Colin and his workforce made this process easy, with valuable advice given on the look of the bathroom and materials/furniture by Colin. The work completed by Mark and Shaun was exceptional and it was comforting how they kept me abreast of how things were going . I should also mention the tiler whose work was nothing short of outstanding. I cannot praise these professional and friendly guys enough. The bathroom looks stunning.

Fantastic experience with the whole team, they all take great pride in their work and it shows in the finished results. They did a total refurb for our bathroom and ensuite, and we are so happy we went with these guys. We're still in awe at how nice the finish and quality of their work is, it feels like we go to a fancy spa every time we use the rooms. They're sound guys with a lot of experience and knowledge and were happy to answer my questions throughout the process, and very accommodating for our requested changes. Can highly recommend the Osprey team to anyone.

The bathroom is beautiful really happy with refit from start to finish. Mark and Sean’s work is excellent with eye for detail and tiler the same. From Colin coming and giving us good ideas and the guys excellent work ethic and finish I wouldn’t hesitate to get them again and u certainly will be recommending them to friends and family. Can’t thank them enough.

Very happy with the end result. Bathroom looks better than expected. Colin was very helpful when agreeing what options to go for. Mark and Shaun did a great job of the installation and handled everything without any problems. Started on Monday and finished on Friday as promised. Would definitely recommend if anyone asks if I know a bathroom fitter.

20/10 – Absolutely brilliant from start to finish! Colin and his team are outstanding—professional, reliable, and efficient. The job is completed in the five-day window he promised, and everything is managed with care. Mark and Shaun are polite, hardworking, and communicative. They keep me informed at all times, prepare everything ready for the tiler, and take great care to protect the house—sticky plastic on carpets and doors to minimise mess.
