Trade turned up on time as agreed, got straight to work, found the water pump was not defective, just needed repositioned, did so, refitted lid, approximately 15 mins work, no parts used, charged £45 a bit excessive in my opinion for 15 mins work, but payed as that was price, wont use again...

Excellent service by Callum. Arranged quickly to a time that suited us, kept in communication on arrival time etc. It repaired the machine to very good standard and kept the place tidy and cleaned away after him. He was polite and courteous guy informing us what he was doing. Would highly recommend this guy and the company.

He was here when he said he would be and got on with the repair straight away, didn't take him long at all to finish it. Lovely pleasant guy and will contact him again for any other appliance problems in the future
