Tom is incredibly professional and communicated really well before and during the job. We are very impressed by his approach, high level of detail and standard that he worked to.

Of course I searched for tradesmen via checkatrade. Although not fool proof it does give the customer some recourse, peace of mind. Did call a few tilers ,but Ormiston Renovations had a good rating, a good price and demeanor. He did the tiling in February. I give a 9 out 10 to keep him on his toes! Had Ormiston Renovations back in September to fit a tailor made cupboard to hide a consumer unit. Good job & good customer experience.

Tom was extremely professional, efficient and has done an excellent job. His work is of a very high standard, and he is also very friendly and considerate. Highly recommend, he goes above and beyond! Couldn't asked for a better person to do the job.

Tom and his team have completed a number of jobs for us over the past months including transforming a galley kitchen into a more workable open plan room, waterproofing and re-tiling a bathroom and shower room and, some other minor repairs. Excellent quality of work, Tom made sure we were happy with all the results continuously and left every room looking great. Invoices were exactly as they said 'on the tin' and decent prices too. Tom is very polite and makes it easy to come up with solutions. We will definitely use Tom again whenever needed.
