  Adam was recommended by one of our neighbours. We had a leak from a pipe in the loft. He was punctual and attentive. Not only he repaired the leak but also he made the area look neater. His price was reasonable.

  ABSOLUTLEY EXCELLENT SERVICE We had a leaking waste pipe that was seeping into 2 floors of our house and rapidly damaging our property. The plumber answered our call late at night and attended within 20 minutes. He resolved all our problems, he worked fast and was very tidy, he cleaned up everything and stayed to make sure everything was ok. The company followed up with us the next day to check everything was still ok. Would highly recommend

  Replacing leaking radiator valves and a dumpvalve in WC

  Adam from OPS is extremely professional - diligent, reliable, efficient and very helpful. He did an excellent job fixing all the leaky radiator valves in my flat, drained the radiator panels and secured the fixtures to the wall. The replacing the WC dumpvalve proved to be a more complicated job than anticipated, as the communal stopcocks were not functioning which resulted a length delay for the management agent to fix the issue before Adam could carry on the repair. Adam and OPS have been very helpful during the process. I highly recommend their services.
