Fixed my roof and damp repaired a part of my wall through Opuluxe. Did a great job from start to end. Was very friendly and transparent throughout the process. Communication was brilliant at all times and commitment was never in doubt. Enjoyed working with Bayley and would do so again when needed. He has Lots of knowledge and is a efficient problem solver!

Very professional service provided from start to finish. Helpful advice given from the start. Advised not to do unecessary work, contrary to previous quotes that we got, which saved us money. The team were respectful of our property and did their utmost to minimise the dust inside the house from the drilling. Would highly recommend their services.

After contracting him in for project that spanned over 3 months, we received daily updates (with comprehensive photos), excellent choices in flooring, painting, plumbing, and electrics, and most importantly, the damp proofing was of the highest quality. His 15 year guarantee has settled any anxieties we may have held, he was on time and on budget, and when we look at our property - the proof really is in the pudding. Bayley and his team were effective, efficient and on time. I appreciated the ongoing communication on any changes, possible issues and clear timelines. They turned up, started putting down all the covers to protect my furniture and flooring and got on with the work. Once finished, cleaned up and tidied and aside from the cement drying you couldn't see there was any work done. Appreciate the promptness, communication and tidy work.

I hired Bailey and his team to deal with rising damp in my new flat. Not only did they beat quotes from other companies, they were professional from beginning to end.
