Chris and Steve were excellent—clearly very knowledgeable and professional. We had an old consumer unit and several lights that needed replacing, and Chris took the time to explain exactly what was required. They then carried out the work efficiently and with great care. Chris and Steve recently completed a rewire of our house. They were very friendly and thorough. Chris explained everything so we had a good understanding of the work being done. Job location: RH19Chris and Steve replaced the light in our garage and a light fixture in a bedroom, as well as troubleshooting and solving a problem with sockets that were not working. This problem was fixed with the minimal amount of disruption and mess. The clean-up was exemplary and Chris's communication at every stage was excellent. The cost was very fair and I was happy with all the work that they did.10 Thoroughly recommend

Optimus Electrics are experienced domestic electricians based in Burgess Hill, providing services throughout Sussex and surrounding areas. We are fully qualified with City and Guilds 2330 level 3 and trained to the latest 18th edition IEE wiring regulations. As a Part P domestic installer, we are members of and insured by the NICEIC, who are on the electrical safety register.
Optimus Electrics was founded and continues to be run by Chris Dewhurst, a domestic electrician with years of experience in the local area.
Our team always guarantee a friendly and high-quality service to all our customers. We know that customers often have busy schedules and so we work until the job is done in a clean and efficient manner, always ensuring you have the facilities you need back up and running as quickly as possible. Additionally, we will fit work around you and are more than happy to carry out installations during evenings, early mornings or weekends if required.
Our main priority is you, the customer and the safety of your electrical installations. We enjoy a challenge and always endeavour to find a solution to any problem.
