The team were really tidy, easy to deal with, and always on time. The electricians also gave great advice and design ideas along the way, which was a big help with coming up with very effective lighting ideas. Everything was done efficiently and to a high standard and was promptly given all paperwork to follow up their install. Would definitely recommend and will be contacting them with any odd jobs we have around the house.

We needed power to our new cabin in the garden. To enable that we needed a new fuseboard. Optimum came, changed the board and ran the cable out to connect up the cabin. The work completed was very neat and to a high standard.

Would recommend! Optimum arrived on time and were professional throughout the work. They took the time before quoting for the works to understand what my requirements were. They removed a few old smoke alarms for me and replaced them with new, ensuring at all times that they worked in a tidy and safe manner and took the rubbish away. These were smart detectors, so I was pleased that Optimum took the time to walk me through how they work and show me how to use the app on my phone.
