  Exceptional Service and Quick Response from Optimum Plumbing!

  I called Optimum Plumbing on Friday and they came straight out and replaced my boiler on Saturday. They were incredibly quick, reliable, and professional. The technicians Steve and Luke did an excellent job, and I couldn't even tell they had been there when they were finished. The work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. I would highly recommend Optimum Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services. They provided an outstanding level of service and I am thoroughly satisfied with the results and at a great price. I can't recommend them enough.

  Optimum are a reliable company that did what they said they would do. They fitted our repair in quickly. Bradley arrived on time, explained everything he was doing and worked efficiently and left everywhere clean and tidy.

  Simon provided a prompt quote, discussed all issues prior to starting with prices agreed. They came on time as agreed, were very helpful, flexible and kept me informed. His staff were equally friendly. When a small issue later arose Simon came after hours to fix the problem. Very happy customer. I trust the quality of work.

  Boiler Repair

  Boiler was in need of urgent repair no heating or hot water.(Sat 21/12/24) Steve answered my phone call promptly and promised to come out To assess the job asap, which he did, he arrived within an hour of my call, diagnosed issue with boiler, no callout charge . Called me back on Moday (23/12) Informed me of parts needed and price, and came out to fix the boiler that morning .. Very impressed. Reliable, capable and honest . Will definately use again.

  New Boiler Installation

  From the start I felt I could trust Simon as he talked me through what my options were after my boiler failed. Simon, Luke and Bradley arrived on the day and at the time they said they would and did a great job fitting a new boiler. The work was completed all in one day and they tidied up and took away all parts of the old boiler. In addition they did some other bits to tidy up the heating system and to make it compliant with current regulations. It is evident they take pride in their work and work to a high standard. Each one of them are polite and respectful and I highly recommend them.
