Less than satisfactory service, would not recommend

Whilst we are happy with the overall finished build, the experience was less than satisfactory, and we would not recommend them or chose to work with them again. Further problems included and were never rectified: • Incorrectly printed scale site drawings • Continuous lack of materials • Scaffolding not fit for purpose • Damage to other areas of the house • Damage to neighbour’s property • Very untidy working • Unknown if electrical tests were completed • Additional costs issued without agreement • Patio was uneven, had to be re-laid and still has issues

Ground Floor Extension & Kitchen Installation

This is the 2nd time we have worked with Adam and the team. They were punctual and work solidly throughout each stage of the works. We love our new kitchen and utility space and it has revolutionised the house with how it has seamlessly blended into the house inside and out. From design, planning and budget management, Adam helped guide us through the process and his team were also great at raising concerns or suggestions throughout the process.

Adam runs a tight ship. The main guys who were working on our house were phenomenal - so hardworking, respectful, kind and really minded to do a proper job. I couldn't fault them at all.
