We’ve used Optimal Removals twice now and they’ve been brilliant both times. The second move was a bit more complicated, from one location to two – they handled it smoothly. The team were friendly, careful with everything, and on time. Great value too. Honestly, I’d recommend them to anyone.

Pawel arrived on time , started moving all the boxes into his van , non stop without a break , very friendly, and he also put things in the right rooms , no job was a problem for him , and completed in four hours, just like he said from the beginning, everything went smoothly, thank you Pawel and your team

I have booked Optimal Removals before 6 years ago and just by chance I got a text from them asking if I needed any services just a few weeks before I was due to move. Pawel and the team couldn't do enough for us. They were great in communicating in the lead up to the move, very clear on details, arrived 10 mins early in order to give time to park, set up and inspect the areas needing moving. They were polite, very careful with my belongings and extremely efficient, taking the pressure off when you're already pretty stressed about moving. A real pleasure to have them move me and will book again

Communication with Pawel was great, prompt responses. He showed up on time and we loaded the van smoothly. Same was unloading in my new accommodation. His pricing is very reasonable for the job and very worthy. Trustworthy and reliable service.
