Indoor locks and door handles

I contacted Open-in security regarding a faulty lock and several door handles that were not working or were loose or falling off. The locksmith came round to assess the situation quickly and after negotiating a date and time completed a high quality job. He was professional, personable, highly knowledgeable and extremely competent and charged a reasonable price. If locksmith related issues arise in future Open-in will be my go-to. I would recommend to others without reservation!

Stiff Counter Lever Lock Assembly

Kenny of Open-In Security contacted me an offered a next day PM appointment and sent messages confirming his ETA. Arrived at the time specified and had great communication skills and was extremely knowledgeable! Sods law, my intermittent problem was not apparent at the time of his visit but Kenny applied a lubricant for the time being and to call him if the problem reappeared? It has now been working perfectly!!! He told me there was no charge due to no works being carried out. WELL RECOMMENDED!!!

Patio door lock jammed shut

Kenny was very quick to respond to my request, rang me to discuss and explained the causes and what he would try to do to fix it. On the day of appointment, he kept me updated on arrival time, fixed the problem quickly and explained what to do to keep it in working order. Very happy with his work and response.

New lock installed and handle spring repaired

Kenny came over to review my situation and came up with a solution which was to replace the lock barrel and repair the spring in the lock. He was great at explaining everything and quick and tidy....would definitely use again.
