Pressure was down on our Boiler, Ontime CMS (Kem) very quickly deduced from a leak the issue was related to a pipe which was damaged by previous workers at the house. He traced the leak so quickly and efficiently (saving us large ceiling damage repair costs). He sorted the pipe and went on to sort out other issues in our central heating system - radiator by radiator. In two hours the leak was sorted, boiler pressure sorted and radiators sorted. It is worth noting that top end customers service we got from comms during the call out till the repairs were done.

Just needed a boiler service carrying out. Kem was very friendly & explained everything well. Arrived exactly on time and was very tidy. Had one small issue after and he came straight back to sort it all out. Would highly recommend and will definitely be getting any further boiler work done with him.

Kemal was professional from start to finish, ensuring that all the gas appliances were thoroughly checked for safety. I had many questions, and he took the time to explain everything clearly, including the findings of the inspection. He also provided useful tips on maintaining gas appliances safely. The CP12 certificate was issued promptly, and the entire process was seamless and stress-free.

Following a long Saturday working, the boiler in our house decided to pack in. Rang Kem amd he literally dropped everything to get to my house equipped with spare part in anticipation. He methodically diagnosed the fault and exhausted all options before fitting a new PCB board. Boiler working fine since. Really glad I came across this guy, clearly knows his stuff and very reasonable in terms of price - even took time to service the boiler after he'd finished at no extra cost. Truly went above and beyond the call of duty, and a genuinely decent bloke. Will not hesitate to call him again.
