    A+ service from an extremely genuine person

    Kem came to our rescue on a wet and cold Saturday after we moved into a new property and a leaking filter took out our hot water & central heating. He was able to see us very quickly, was engaging, honest, and conscientious as well as taking the time to explain everything. He did an incredible job on the followup and we consider ourselves very lucky that our mishap allowed us to find not only an excellent plumber but someone we also genuinely enjoyed chatting to. The work was high quality, very reasonably priced (almost to a fault!), and left us feeling very secure. Highly recommended.

    High quality work and great customer service

    Kem did a fantastic job replacing my boiler. The previous boiler hadn’t been fitted to regulations and the piping was a mess, and Kem was meticulous correcting everything and putting in the new boiler. He was also polite, considerate and tidy in the house, with great communication before and after. I would highly recommend.

    Boiler relocation with new

    I contacted Kem who provide me a quote for my mother-in-law, as I live up North , we agreed a date to install the new boiler, as my wife had to come down to do other work at my mother-in-laws property, as a tradesman my self I found Kem very professional and honest ,Kem and his team went out there way to carry out the work quickly and professional, very pleased and would definitely recommend him a big thank you

    Fixing radiator pipe leak and servicing boiler and central heating system.

    Kem was absolutely fantastic! Super professional, right on time, and made the whole job look effortless. What really stood out, though, was how thoughtful he was — knowing I have indoor cats, he was extra careful (a true animal lover at heart!). He even handled my bonkers dog like a total pro. On top of all that, Kem gave me honest, helpful advice and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Reliable, trustworthy, and genuinely great service — I couldn’t recommend him more highly. If you want peace of mind and top-notch work, Kem’s your guy!
