    I hired Kem to move some gas pipes and install my oven, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, the process was swift and smooth. As someone who knows nothing about gas pipework, I really appreciated how Kem was super clear in explaining exactly what needed to be done. He was incredibly kind and friendly throughout the day, and all the necessary safety certificates were provided promptly after the work was finished. I highly recommend his services for anyone looking for a reliable, certified engineer!

    Fantastic unvented cylinder installation

    Kem was fantastic from start to finish. I found him on Checkatrade with amazing reviews, and he lived up to every word. Very responsive, friendly, tidy and professional, he inspected my tank, gave great advice and answered all my questions. The unvented cylinder installation was done to an exceptional standard. He installed the timer and even helped me take a photo of my water meter, which was extremely difficult to access. When my sink cartridge failed, he guided me instantly and came out the next day. I appreciate all the hard work and care he put into the job, I will definitely recommend!

    Moving a gas pipe in the kitchen for our oven

    Kem was brilliant, professional and a true gentleman. He came over in the late afternoon and did exactly what was asked and went above and beyond for us, he even helped with a little side issue we were having since moving in and figured it out in 10mins (our heating works now!). He will be our new gas engineer for the house and have already a few other bits we want to arrange with him. Our house is still a construction site downstairs but the image enclosed shows the what he did and how he left it. Would 100% recommend his services.

    Replacement of unvented cylinder

    Kem was fantastic. Clear communication and quick to respond. He did everything exactly as promised and went above and beyond - completing it all the same day, even though he had to drive out to buy materials to build a platform for the new cylinder (fixing the poor work of prior builders). He was incredibly friendly, explained exactly what he was doing, and made sure the hot water was back on and the area was clean before he left. I will definitely use him again and couldn't recommend him more highly.
