    Messaged them via Checkatrade thinking I was using a reputable company and they never bothered to contact me. If they couldn't do the work then a response to advise would have been nice.

    Rear brake pads and discs needed replacing, as well as checking the calipers.

    Replies are slow, due to evening only replies - understandable, however was expecting quicker responses when booking. Other than that, they were able to get me booked in within 4 days after my initial enquiry. Very knowledgeable when communicating and Charlie who came to fix my car was excellent. Great service, just be aware they aren't ignoring you they're just a bit slow to reply.

    Did the job on a Saturday afternoon. Arrived on time. Our diagnosis of the problem from Halfords turned out to be incorrect. Mechanic was able to deal with the problem and was cheaper than expected.
