Used Kim’s service a few years before, so knew he would be the man to call on again. Delighted he was still in business. Gave him a call on his mobile which was retuned within the hour. Outlined my fears/problem and he booked me in for a visit. Arrived on date on time, after brief consultation and inspection confirmed infestation (Rat family) and immediately set to work. to alleviate the problem. He booked a return visit to ensure problem had been successfully dealt with. Would absolutely recommend him 100%. Both on experience and price.
