  Agreed a fixed quote over phone/photos, turned up and the job was trickier than expected - was offered an option within the quote, or a fuller/better fix. Work was completed that day efficiently and professionally. Clear communication throughout, would use again.

  the job was a very simple one, replacing one missing tile, which they did well for the best price I could find. They had not attended the first time the job was booked for and were 3 hours late the second time, but I bet it's all down to the job being such a small one.
