Reece was extremely professional and helpful throughout. He removed a very tired and frankly dangerous mess of decades of fuse boxes and installed a new system. It was a long day but he stayed until it was completed. He needed to return for part of the job another day and was organised and communicative in doing so. Friendly, tidy and respectful. I also appreciated that he tried where he could to save me a bit of money and made suggestions about options for the box etc. so I was happy with the quote. OnPoint are excellent. Courteous, kind, on-time and highly efficient when on site. They helped solve many electrical mysteries that I recently inherited from a property I purchased that has had three extensions over the last 45 years.
