Radiators and gas boiler fixed in time for winter!

I needed my gas boiler servicing and an initial inspection of three radiators in my house that were not working. O.N. Plumbing and Heating provided the best quote for the job and were able to fix one radiator and source and replace the other two that needed upgrading. The work was completed efficiently, to a high standard and with minimal disruption to my weekend schedule. I now have heat throughout my property so I would definitely recommend this firm and book again if needed.

Generally good work, but a little unreliable

Omair did a variety of jobs for our bathroom renovation, including replacing stoptaps, installing fixtures, and working on our external pipes. The quality of the work was generally acceptable, though there were a couple of minor errors made, which Omair was very transparent about and did his best to resolve. In terms of communication/reliability, this was a little mixed, partly due to his busy schedule and partly some personal matters that he unfortunately had to attend to. Despite this, Omair was very honest and gave us a considerable discount as this was not up to his usual standards.
