Outstanding Service from Jack at Only Plumbing and Heating! Jack did an excellent job fitting a new pump to our boiler. From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and clearly knew his stuff. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in plain terms, and completed the work efficiently with no mess left behind. The boiler is now running perfectly and much quieter than before. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and courteous—Jack went above and beyond to make sure everything was working just right. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and Only Plumbing and Heating

Everything was explained clearly, the work area was left spotless, and the new system runs perfectly. Pricing was very fair too. I can’t recommend Jack enough! He came out the same day, which was a Sunday, and was incredibly reliable and friendly. He quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and even gave me tips on what to watch out for in the future. Very knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. Anil is a thoroughly nice guy & very genuine. As a woman living alone, he immediately put me at ease & talked me through every step of what he was doing & what the issue was - his intention was to resolve the problem and keep costs as low as possible, which I am very grateful for (as this is not always the case with tradespeople) 🙏🏻 Highly recommend & will use again without hesitation.
