The house boiler had not been in service for one year and needed revival, pipes needed renewing , and radiators replacing. Sam @ Onivas began with a status inspection, assessment and determined the tests to do , new pipes to run and explained the standards to meet . Material and parts were ordered and job started promptly on day booked . Installation was first pressure tested and then powered up, then certified it . It is now working efficiently. Our boiler had a severe leak and the engineer worked tirelessly to assess the leak and repair it - which saved us thousands of pounds as our alternative was to get a new boiler. The job was complex and required a few replacement parts and a deep servicing. The engineer was meticulous and performed to a high standard, was very courteous, and responsive to questions.
