Stage 4- Agitation. We use an agitator machine which, working with stage 3, brings the remainder of the dirt to the carpet’s surface rather than being left hidden on the base of the pile.

You may notice your carpets look a bit flat in heavily trafficked areas such as doorways and hallways, agitating with help bring the pile back to its original look.

Stage 5- Extraction. Finally, the extraction!
