10 Honest reliable great workmanship

Job location: L6I had many quotes all giving different prices for a huge number of jobs that needed doing and was really confused at the varying prices and they were all saying different things that needed doing. I finally waited for Arthur who was honest and very experienced he was communicative at each step of the way. He did a great job and saved me a fortune.10 Multiple jobs

Arthur completed more than six indoor jobs over two days. These included plumbing, skirtings, painting, sealing and restoring a sink pedestal and replacing a difficult sinktap. His finished work was very high quality and he explained everything he did. Also, he is prompt and polite. Arthur came out to look at a problem with water ingress and was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and effected a comprehensive repair for the agreed price - altering the guttering, fitting eaves trays and re-pointing where necessary. I have been a sole trader for 38 years, I am experienced in all aspects of the building maintenance trade.
I am very precise and punctual and proud of the work that I carry out for the general public, I have a great customer profile which is ''from the roof to the floor and everything in between'' All of my work is fully Guaranteed-what more can I say but you've tried the rest so now try the best.
I undertake all building maintenance work that is as follows:
Roofing, flagging, drainage, walls built, fencing, driveways, soffits, fascias and gutters. Renewed and also cleaned, internal doors fitted , locks and handles fitted and repaired, skirting boards fitted, replacement of handrails and spindles, wall tie approval, patch work plastering, domestic plumbing , jet washing patios and drives, erecting of out buildings, ground work, joinery, building gables and walls, bricklayer and pointing.
