  Had a blockage in my sink and waste disposal unit, Alec came to have a look and sorted the problem straight away. I would highly recommend Alec, he was polite, friendly and very efficient. He's definitely my go to man from now on.

  the mains water tap was leaking

  Alec came to our property to have a look at the leak. we didn't know that we didn't have an outdoor stopcock for the main water. Alec kindly let us know he couldn't finish the work on the same day due to this. I got on to severn trent and they fitted one the next day. He kindly waited on us to let him know when severn trent had finished the work so he could sort the leak. Kind and very helpful, I would highly recommend him to everyone. Very friendly and gets on with the job. 5 star review from me. anyone needs any plumbing work doing, turn to him. Top man.

  Great plumber Alec

  Alec carried out emergency work on behalf of Severn Trent Water to my elderly Mums bungalow. Great care and an excellent service to resolve all the issues as my Mum had no hot water in the kitchen or hot and cold in the bathroom due to problems and dirt in all the pipes, valves etc following work from Severn Trent to replace pipes in the cul de sac. Alex came out in the evening and restored the water supply, following no water for nearly 24 hours.

  Responsive, Honest, Tidy and Professional

  Replaced thermostatic shower unit. Posted Job late on Thursday, Came out on Friday afternoon, advised what I needed to do, I ordered the part and he was back out on Sunday to replace. No fuss, did what he said he would. Would highly recommend, will use again

  Alec came to repair a non-flushing toilet & really put his back into repairing what turned out to be a tricky task. He sorted out two issues in a timely manner & then went the extra mile by effecting a quick repair to a fence that had been causing problems for months, on the spot rather than returning a second time. Will always be going to One Plumbing & Maintenance for jobs around the house & garden from now on.
