They kept to the agreed timelines, were very punctual, did a great job and kept up a great personality as well.

Good job done overall, damp removed and extractor fan cleaned well.sealant applied appropriately. Only issue was that there were some area of damp that weren’t cleaned - in the quote it only referred to “ceiling” damp so the handyman was unable to clean the walls without me getting in touch with management again

Everything was well executed. They pointed out an issue that one of the plasterboard walls would not be well supported after the changes and suggested a fix and then did it with no issues.

One City Maintenance found appropriate and experienced tradespeople for the variety of tasks, attended promptly and adjusted plans when required. I am very happy with the workmanship.
