Fix broken lock in PVC front door

Ryan came to help remove a broken key in the front door. At the same time, we realised that the gearbox in the lock mechanism was broken. Ryan replaced it, and it all works fine now. Ryan was easy to work with, very friendly, and explained everything as he worked. I am happy to recommend him.

Bathroom window would not open

My bathroom window was jammed and would not open. From logging my request through checkatrade (on a Sunday) I got a call from Ryan within 30min. He was really helpful and understood the problem and was able to come out the following morning. He was on time and was able to open the window but unable to fix the problem so he enlisted the help of a fellow locksmith. Both came out the following day, again on time. They were polite and professional and able to fix it. Parts required were obsolete due to age of window but a workaround was made and window functional. Excellent work! V happy!

Garage door lock changed

We called Ryan on a Friday evening and he arrived in less than twenty minutes, changed the lock on the garage, and also assisted fixing the electric door mechanism, despite that being outside of the remit. He was polite, professional and prompt. We were also offered the option of different locks. I would highly recommend Ryan and would call him again if required.

Change of lock after broken key

Ryan was brilliant when he came to help. We had a broken key in a lock at around 11pm and he came putut straight away and ensured we could gey into our property and it was secure and changed the locks the following day for us! Fantastic work and extremely profesional!

Front door lock was playing up- Ryan came round within a couple of hours and fitted a new one quickly and efficiently, at a reasonable price. Recommended
