  Problems with front door lock

  My front door wouldn’t lock or unlock. I called Ian and he arrived at my door within 20 minutes, sorted the problem out straight away and charged me a more than reasonable price . He was an absolute star and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again. Thank you so much!

  Unable to open UPCV porch door.

  Ian was absolutely brilliant. He came out the very next day—prompt, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. Within seconds, he accurately diagnosed the issue: the bottom door locking pin had rusted and seized, preventing the door from opening. I’m really glad I called Ian, as it wasn’t something I could have handled myself and proved to be quite a tricky problem. His expertise made all the difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Ian again. His knowledge and professionalism are outstanding, and unlike many others in the industry, his pricing was more than reasonable.
