  We needed adjustments to the double-glazed doors and windows in our new-build home, as the builder’s installation was poor. Richard replied to my WhatsApp immediately and arrived within a couple of hours. He clearly explained the work needed and his pricing. As we are both engineers, we could tell straight away that he was highly skilled. He completed everything professionally in just over half an hour. Not cheap, but worth it, our doors now close perfectly.

  Excellent service

  I found OMV Double Glazing Repairs after an internet search. I was looking for a local firm that offered 24-hr call-out following a break-in at home. Richard was polite, talking me through his hourly rate and possible solutions. He gave me the option to send him photos of the window in advance . He arrived 45 minutes after the phone call, had the right parts on the van and the job was done in 15 mins. He offered reassurance which I really appreciated in the circumstances. I will call him again for window repairs.
