  Very professional and clean service, I had loose leaking taps on my bath that were replaced a cracked shower screen that got renewed and mastic around the bath was taken out and new mastic put around bath area. Have already booked in to replace all my internal doors, hinges and handles

  I have used Oz at O M Property Maintenance on multiple occasions, he is a very good Multitrade as a tradesman myself you can see he’s an excellent tradesman, very reliable always goes above and beyond on each job to get it the work done right. Also very friendly and personable, can highly recommend him.

  Excellent bathroom conversion to wet room

  Oz is very friendly, helpful, and professional. He converted my bathroom into a wet room and the result is absolutely beautiful. I’m extremely happy with all the work he’s done. The quality of workmanship is excellent and everything was completed to a high standard. I was so pleased with the work that I’ve already asked Oz to replace my kitchen sink and taps, which he’s doing next week. I would highly recommend him.

  Oz from O m property maintenance was a asset to my company oz was a multi trade carpenter he could carry out every task.I asked of him ranging from fitting kitchens and bathrooms decorating plastering carpentry plumbing and many more trades although oz had his own company, we supplied him with regular work due to his great timekeeping experience, loyalty, trustworthy. Nature weather, it was 3am in the morning and needed a emergency call out covered all a ten day job ripping out a old kitchen and installing a new one we knew we could always count on Oz
