Sergiy removed our old toilet seat (which we had been unable to shift because the fixings were rusted in place) and installed the replacement. He answered our phone call immediately and came two hours later. He was positive and polite and completed the work efficiently. We are very happy with the result and we’ll definitely call him again if we have plumbing issues.

Stroke of luck that Sergiy was allocated our urgent leak problem. Job done with great explanation, speed and cleanliness. So I was then happy to have him quote for a non urgent job. Contact stored as our go to local plumber now.

Sergiy contacted us promptly and was able to come and check the job immediately. He not only fixed the issue but suggested an additional improvement which we agreed to. We were very happy with how he worked, kept us informed and checked with us for anything that needed a decision. The job took longer than expected due to complexities in the kitchen layout but he did not charge any extra than agreed. Really happy to find such a good tradesman and will definitely recommend him and contact him again when we have more plumbing work.

Highly capable plumber who carried out and completed all work to a very high standard in all respects.

A previous plumber who had put in a new boiler did not make good around it. Sergiy made an extra bit of shelving at the side of the boiler, and boxing to hide all the pipes. On a second occasion he came and fixed a toilet where the flush had given up. Both jobs were done in a very professional way - clean, tidy, excellent result for both pieces of work. He arrived early to both jobs. Has a really good, confident attitude - nothing too much trouble.
