  Ground floor Refurbishment

  We couldn’t be happier with Omni Property Solutions. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and stress-free. They completed a full ground-floor refurbishment, including wall reconfiguration, double pocket doors, a new kitchen, stunning herringbone flooring and a WC under the stairs with structural work. Serg and his team were professional, approachable and communicative throughout, resolving unforeseen issues quickly. Reliable, respectful and detail-focused, they even crafted a chopping board from worktop offcuts. We’re thrilled with the result and highly recommend them.

  We always use Omni for all our building work. They're totally transparent in terms of costs, work is carried out absolutely expertly, and frequently add value at every step of the way.   Extension/ conversion and restoration of a Victorian Cottage

  Omni were such a lovely company to work with. They cared and their attention to detail was really good. They invested so much time and energy into making sure I had the house I wanted. The project took nearly 5 months and everyone worked so hard with good humour. The work was completed to a very high standard and everyone is now admiring my home. I would highly recommend them.

  Wall and ceiling plastering of 3 reception rooms and 4 bedrooms upstairs at a property in France.

  A big thank you to Serg and the Omni team for transforming our home in France. The planning, organisation and logistics to site were seamless with every contingency covered (protection, platforms, materials etc) despite no prior site visit. This is an old property with wooden beams (see photos) on the inside and also amateur (DIY) dry walling. These issues were overcome with no fuss and the all the gaps and dry wall errors were expertly covered. Special thanks to Zoran, plasterer in chief, who worked tirelessly and with great skill. We were lucky to find you and commend you unreservedly.

  Outbuilding

  Outbuilding comprising of bathroom 2 x rooms one with kitchenette, full electrical installation, cladding, roofing, decorating This is the 2nd large project Omni have undertaken for us and again they did not disappoint, work carried out to a high standard on time and always site kept tidy and informed us of progress and next steps. The team are always on time and polite and friendly.
