Alex and his team offered to consult us on our energy use to establish the correct design that met our needs. He explained battery storage too, none of the other companies did that. We offer energy consultancy to establish what you, the energy user, require from you home and design a solar energy and battery storage system that is neither too big or too small for optimal use and maximum efficiency.
Unlike many installers, we won't push you into the G98 notification option which is a small 3.68kw inverter with a 5kw battery just because it does not need DNO permission, meaning no waiting time for the approval.
If your property requires it, we will submit a G99 application and wait for the approval, knowing we are serving you with the correct option.
We measure your usage, and when you want the energy the most, configure your design which is best for you, not convenient for us.
This is so important, and it sets us apart from the companies that just want a quick installation and get paid.
None of what we do in front of the installation costs you any more money, it's called ethical business practice, and we are here to support you throughout the lifetime of the installation and have an outstanding customer support record.
