  Hot water stuck and boiler not turning off when not in use. Contacted Omni after being recommended by a neighbour who have used their services for years. Replied quickly over the weekend and arrange a suitable time. Very friendly, respectful and left everything as it was - highly recommended

  Bathroom Installation

  Our bathroom renovation, started late May with a June 9th target, their last visit was June 27th—a significant delay. Though tiling and fixture installations (bath, shower, toilet) were good, issues persist: Paint gaps, Bath sealing was rushed and is now failing despite waiting the recommended time to dry, unsealed toilet/sink and complete omission of cupboard shelves and a door lock. Despite Jon’s promises to come the following Monday after their last visit, the work remains incomplete, almost a month later, despite us chasing them. We haven’t received contact in almost three weeks now.

  We had a kitchen refurbishment and the team were very professional and skilled , always kept us updated , very helpful and reliable and friendly Always responded quickly to any questions I had on what’s app or phone call and punctual We would definitely have them again and recommend to others .
