  Bathroom Installation

  Our bathroom renovation, started late May with a June 9th target, their last visit was June 27th—a significant delay. Though tiling and fixture installations (bath, shower, toilet) were good, issues persist: Paint gaps, Bath sealing was rushed and is now failing despite waiting the recommended time to dry, unsealed toilet/sink and complete omission of cupboard shelves and a door lock. Despite Jon’s promises to come the following Monday after their last visit, the work remains incomplete, almost a month later, despite us chasing them. We haven’t received contact in almost three weeks now.

  We had a kitchen refurbishment and the team were very professional and skilled , always kept us updated , very helpful and reliable and friendly Always responded quickly to any questions I had on what’s app or phone call and punctual We would definitely have them again and recommend to others .

  Kitchen Countertop Replacement

  Jon + omni were clear and active with their communication on discussing and planning the kitchen renovation. They were able to start the job soon after the go ahead and showed up punctually for the times they arranged. The work was completed to a high standard and has been a straightforward process from the outset. I'd recommend Omni to family or friends and would use them again.

  I needed boiler repairs

  Jon has been doing maintenance on my boiler and plumbing/gas jobs for a few years now. He is responsive, communicative and able to sort anything out. Highly recommended!

  Needed gas hob disconnecting and reconnecting as part of a kitchen referb.

  Jon stepped in after we were let down by the original gas safe engineer. They were able to come over the following day and then worked around our availability to reconnect once the new worktops were in. Couldn't ask for more thanks for being so helpful and accommodating.
