Mark responded quickly to my request, and went to my Parent's House on the Monday. He fixed their Oven there and then. He was very professional and courteous during his visit, keeping my Dad informed - which means a lot to my Dad. Both my Dad and I would highly recommend Mark.

I was very happy with the service, I was contacted on the same day I submitted the request via Checkatrade and an appointment was made the for following day. The problem was identified and the work was carried out straight away to my satisfaction at a competitive price.

The engineer was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He also gave us some advice about our freezer and did a small fix whilst he was here
