My experience with the team can be described as nothing short of excellent. I had a persistent issue with mould around my bay window which nothing seemed to resolve. Nick was able to clearly explain the work that was required to fix the problem as well as identify other potential areas that were potential issues. The team were not pushing with selling which I appreciated. The team were punctual & arrived at the time that they had specified. The work was done quickly but to a very high standard. Afterward the team did a good job of cleaning the area which I appreciated

From start to finish an excellent service. Nick and his team were very friendly and knowledgeable with a zero pressure approach. Communication was brilliant throughout and I felt confident the work would be completed to a high standard. They left everything really neat and tidy and I am super happy with the end result! We couldn't recommend Nick and Jay at Olympia Trade highly enough. They replaced our existing lean-to glass roof with a fully rubberised roof, including 2 sky pods (which they recommended) - we couldn't be happier with the results. The quote was fantastic, much better than we expected and included fitted LED downlights, plastering, guttering & facias. Their quality of work is fantastic, and despite challenging weather all work was completed within a working week. We have a shared access driveway and this was kept clean and tidy throughout. 10/10!!

Nick and his team were very professional from the start. There was no pressure to make decisions and they are very knowledgable in their area of trade. They transformed the look of our house within just a few days and communicate with their customers very well before and after the work is complete. Would 100% recommend to others.

They were recommended to me by a work colleague and I was impressed with their work. They were punctual, kept in contact with me before they came out to confirm details and after the work was done to check we were happy and that there were no problems. The windows and door are all great and I would definately recommend them to others

Nick and Jay fitted a total of 8 windows to my house including bow window and fench doors. Fitted in two days. No issues. Nice blokes good grafters. Fair price. Kept me up to date prior to job. Excellent finish and wouldnt hesistate to use on future jobs.
