A friendly and professional service. A damp survey was carried out the day after my first contact and the necessary damp proofing work was soon carried out to a high standard, with all waste collected within 24 hours. Highly recommended.

Chris and his team did a brilliant job, talked us through the problem we had, and the work that needed to be carried out. They did a great job, at a very fair price. would recommend them to anyone.

Chris was efficient, trustworthy and provided great communication, allowing short notice, due to my lenders asking for this prior to mortgage approval, to go and do the damp survey and provide a report right before Christmas, arranging key collection and drop off with estate agents as they were unable to meet him there due to time constraints. I have been praised from my mortgage brokers for the efficiency in providing required information to them. I have also followed up for a quote which I received and am happy with the detail including photographs, moisture readings and written feedback.

The plaster work was well done and the builders were respectful.

Concerned that damaged floor boards might have dry rot. Olton Property Services came and inspected them and reassured me that it wasnt dry rot. He agreed to treat the floorboards anyway just to make sure.

Great company , told them I needed a survey doing asap, they went out there way to get me in a few days earlier 👍 Once survey was completed I had the report back within a few days . Would definitely recorded these guys
