Prompt Arrival, Sound advice and no hard sales push.

I was explicitly told over the phone that a report would be included for my upfront payment of £50.05, only to find out later that this charge was solely for an inspection. No ethics! I do not need to pay £50.05 for no inspection, builders do this for free!

They were easy to contact. They replied very quickly. They asked for a fee which I thought was very reasonable. Contact was by email, which was easy but not as easy as text. Chris came, covered his shoes with special shoe covers which is lovely. He tested the walls, inside and outside. Told us the problem - the exterior bricks are soaking wet. The inside is dry. He gave advice about keeping the room aired and well ventilated. Suggested we bought a damp meter to see if the bricks dried out. He will return in September if the problem doesn't improve. Chris was an excellent communicator from the start. He was polite, professional and methodical. His team carried out the work within the given time and they were also polite and professional. They dealt with a couple of snags that they came across while working and the overall finish was great!
